Job Description: 
We are seeking a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse to join our team! You will be responsible for providing routine nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living, coordinating with a patient’s full medical team to implement and evaluate a comprehensive plan of care, performing vital sign checks, intravenous therapy, enteral tube feedings, wound care, respiratory therapy and/or administering medications.
