Job Description:
We are seeking an LPN/ LVN to join our team! You will be responsible for taking and monitoring patient vital signs. Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing. Administering medication. Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members.
- Shift Hours: 6am-6:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Active and Unencumbered State License
- At least 2 years of current experience
